Why is everything on Preorder?
Great question! To fund the high production and shipping cost of plushies, a small run of preorders is released to help make the plushies come to life! Preorders are less expensive than what the plushies will be, but shipping time is much higher due to the fact that the plush has to undergo production! Production of stuffed animals takes around 3 months, and it takes about 2-4 weeks for the plush to arrive to me via China (With no delays)
The previous three collections were funded via preorders through Kickstarter! Due to the high fees and long deposit times, I have moved to funding my plushies via my own website, so that you can get your plush for cheaper, faster.
Where are your handmade items?
My handmade plushies are sold on etsy via shop drops! These are extremely limited and tend to sell out quickly. If you want to get notified about future drops, please sign up for my mailing list / newsletter.
What is in stock?
To see in stock items, check out my etsy Alpacasews! My website is currently dedicated to preorders, but that will change in late 2023.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to all countries except Germany. Unfortunately, we need to make sure we are complying with LUCID laws before we are able to resume shipping to Germany.
Do you collect VAT?
Unfortunately we do not have the compatibility to collect VAT, any UK customer will be responsible for payment on arrival.
